Services prior to your wedding day:

- Provide a detailed budget
- Unlimited recommendations and suggestions (budgeting, etiquette, unique & creative ideas, etc.)
- Confirm contracts and timing of events as well as attendance at various planning with vendors
- Manage the timing of events with your family, wedding party and vendors
- Orchestrate your wedding rehearsal and organize your wedding party (1 hour)
- Coordinate the wedding ceremony and reception
- Wedding contract or agreements review & negotiation
- Confirmation of all vendor services 2 weeks as well as 5 days prior to the wedding.

Executive
For the couple who wishes to plan a portion of the wedding themselves, the Executive package will give you the expertise and resources of a wedding professional while allowing you to obtain some of the providers and services on your own.
Services prior to your wedding day:- Up to one (1) planning session to prepare you for your fabulous day (i.e. decor & design, vendor duties, time-line of activities, vendor, etc.)
- Provide a detailed budget
- Vendor referral service (up to 4 per category)
- Assist with creating and printing of stationery (i.e. invitations, "Save the Date")
- Basic review of acquired wedding contracts or service agreements (we do not provide legal advice).
- Etiquette advisement
- 6 progress meetings
- Detailed wedding day itinerary
- Rehearsal direction (1)
- Wedding day management (includes supervision of wedding and reception)
- Initial “Walkthrough” of selected ceremony & reception site
- Attendance at final session with caterers, ceremony & reception site managers
- Confirmation of all vendor services 2 weeks as well as at 5 days prior the wedding
In addition to your primary wedding planner, up to three (3) professionally trained coordinator's assistants will be present to ensure the efficient management of your wedding or event (Number of assistants is base on the scope and complexity of the wedding or event)
We will become your ears and eyes throughout the day

Coordinator
Should you wish to plan the entire wedding on your own, but want a professional to oversee your special day to make sure that everything you have selected and contracted for are done in a timely and efficient manner.
Services prior to wedding day:
- Provide 10 hours of pre-planning time
- One (1) planning session to prepare you for your fabulous day
- Create a comprehensive event time schedule for vendors and wedding party
- Etiquette advisement
- Rehearsal direction (1 hour)
- Wedding day management (includes supervision of wedding and reception)
- Confirmation of all vendors services 2 weeks as well as 5 days prior to the event or wedding
In addition to your primary wedding planner, up to two (2) professionally trained coordinator's assistants will be present to ensure the efficient management of your event (Number of assistants is based the scope and complexity of the wedding)
Hourly Rate
Designer Weddings of Kansas City Wedding Planner/ Consultants may be retained as your event consultant at the rat of one hundred & thirty dollars ($130) per hour for services, which include but not limited to, phone calls, and personal meetings, travel time to and from any and all appointments. Time will be kept track of in 15 minutes increments. Any additional costs incurred to execute your request, such as film developing, postage, and associated expenses will be reimbursable to Designer Weddings of Kansas City.
Additional Services
- Design of “reception only” package (fees start at $1500 not inclusive of supplies)
- Invitation service (stuffing, sealing and delivery of invites) (fee .75 each not inclusive of postage)
- Destination planning
- Special mailings
- Welcome bags for "Out of town” guests and delivery
- Menu card design
- Hourly consultation (fee $150 per hour)
- Rehearsal dinner planning and Decor (starts at $500 and up)
